Computer Services
I provide a variety of computer-related services to both home and business users in North Louisiana. Pricing for standard on-site service is typically $75.00 for the first hour and $50-60 for each additional hour. This fee may increase for customers with special requirements. A trip charge based upon vehicle mileage may apply to customers requiring service at locations outside my normal service area. Customers preferring to pay a flat fee for computer services are encouraged to deliver hardware to me in person. Typical computer service options are listed below:

Software Installation, Maintenance and Repair
Includes deployment of applications and operating systems, upgrades of existing software, software customization, and virus removal. In some cases scheduled maintenance options are available for large-scale software deployments. -
Hardware Installation, Maintenance and Repair
Includes setting up networks, deploying new computer systems, upgrading and repairing existing computer systems. In some cases scheduled maintenance options are available for large-scale hardware deployments. -
Technology Consulting
Includes purchase recommendations, management of technology deployments and business process reengineering. Any other technology related service provided by me would likely fall under this category.
